Nicole-Félicia Bremond has always worked abstract; only in the poetic titles which she finds for each of her drawings there seems to be some reference. But even they don’t provide any concrete ideas, but rather open up a new space to the imagination.
She herself says that her work always revolves around a certain point. Basically, the use of different techniques would help to find different perspectives on this point. But what is the point? What is art?, One might ask in the end.
In her poetic diction, Nicole Félicia Bremond has found a very nice metaphor: she looks on the origin of things, to where the seeds for creative forces germinate.
